CC22 Terms and Conditions – Platform Usage Rules

Welcome to CC22. Before using any feature on the platform — whether to bet on the Brasileirão, play at the Live Casino, make a Pix deposit, or simply create an account — it's essential that you read these Terms and Conditions carefully. They define the rules governing the relationship between you and CC22, and by accessing or using the platform you agree in full to everything stated here. If you disagree with any point, do not use CC22.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a CC22 account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any part of the platform — whether via mobile browser, desktop, or any other device — you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accept these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and the guidelines of Responsible Gambling, which are incorporated into this document by reference.

Acceptance is individual and non-transferable. You may not accept these terms on behalf of a third party, and the account created on CC22 is personal — it may not be shared, assigned, or transferred to another person.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To create an account and use CC22, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be residing in Brazil and be accessing the platform from within national territory;
• Hold Valid CPF and an official government-issued photo ID (RG, CNH, or passport);
• Not have been previously excluded or suspended from CC22 for a terms violation;
• Not be an employee, representative, or first-degree relative of a CC22 employee;
• Not acting on behalf of third parties — each person may hold only one account.

CC22 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents at any time. Accounts that do not complete the verification process within the stipulated timeframe may have their features restricted, including withdrawal blocks, until verification is finalized.

3. User Account

3.1 Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activity carried out on your CC22 account, including bets, financial transactions, and platform interactions. Keep your login credentials — email and password — confidential and do not share them with anyone, including family members. If you suspect that a third party has accessed your account, contact CC22 support immediately via live chat.

3.2 Accurate Information

At registration and throughout the lifetime of your account, you are required to keep your information accurate, truthful, and up to date. This includes your full name, CPF, date of birth, address, and banking details used for withdrawals. CC22 will verify this information against external databases and may request supporting documents at any time.

3.3 Account Security

We strongly recommend using a unique, complex password for your CC22 account — different from any other platform. The platform uses secure authentication and 256-bit SSL encryption across all communications. CC22 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone — any such request should be treated as a fraud attempt.

4. Deposits & Payments

CC22 exclusively accepts Brazilian payment methods, listed below. We do not accept payments from third parties — the name on the payment account must exactly match the name on the CC22 account.

• Pix — Instant processing, available 24 hours a day, including holidays. Minimum deposit of R$ 20.00;
• Boleto Bancário — Settlement period of up to 3 business days. Available to customers of major banks;
• Credit & Debit Card — Accepted card brands subject to availability at the time of the transaction;
• PicPay — Via PicPay account with linked CPF;
• Mercado Pago — Via verified Mercado Pago account;
• TED Bank Transfer — Banks: Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other Brazilian financial institutions.

CC22 does not charge any additional fees on deposits. The full deposited amount is credited to your account with no deductions. Any banking fees charged by your financial institution are the user's responsibility and are not reimbursable by CC22.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals at CC22 are processed via Pix to the key linked to the account holder's CPF. The standard processing time is up to 15 minutes from the moment the request is submitted, including weekends and national holidays. In cases requiring additional security verification, the timeframe may be extended to up to 24 business hours.

5.2 Withdrawal Requirements

To request a withdrawal, your account must have completed the identity verification process (KYC — Know Your Customer). The Pix key provided must be registered under the same CPF as the CC22 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

5.3 Bonus balance

Balances from bonuses or promotions are subject to specific rollover requirements, as described in each promotion's terms. Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it must be converted into real balance through wagers that meet the applicable rollover criteria. Please review each bonus's terms on the platform before requesting a withdrawal.

6. Sports Betting

CC22's Sports Betting section covers more than 500 leagues and competitions, with a strong focus on Brazilian football: Brasileirão Série A, Brasileirão Série B, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores de América, Copa Sudamericana, state championships, and Copa do Nordeste. Also available are the Premier League, La Liga, Champions League, e-sports (CS2, Valorant, League of Legends), volleyball, basketball (NBB), MMA/UFC, and more.

6.1 Bet Validity

A bet is considered valid once it is confirmed by CC22's system and the corresponding balance is deducted from the account. From that point, the bet cannot be unilaterally cancelled by the user, except where the cash out feature is available for the event in question.

6.2 Cancelled or Postponed Events

If a sporting event is cancelled before it begins, the staked amount is refunded in full to the account balance. If the event is postponed, the bet remains valid provided the match takes place within 48 hours of the original scheduled time, unless the competition has a specific rule otherwise. Events that have started and are subsequently abandoned are settled according to the official rules of each competition.

6.3 Odds errors

If a technical error in odds publishing results in clearly incorrect values relative to the market (manifestly wrong odds), CC22 reserves the right to cancel bets placed at those odds and refund the staked amounts. This measure is intended to protect the integrity of the platform and its users.

7. Live Casino and Games

CC22's Live Casino features over 200 tables with real dealers streamed in high definition — European roulette, blackjack, baccarat, craps, live poker, and game shows like Crazy Time and Dream Catcher. All games are provided by licensed and audited suppliers, including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi.

Live Casino game results are determined by real physical actions performed by dealers on camera. Slots and digital games use Random Number Generators (RNG) certified by independent laboratories. CC22 does not manipulate results in any way.

The return-to-player (RTP) percentages shown for each game are theoretical long-term values, calculated by independent laboratories. Individual short-term results naturally vary due to the random nature of any game of chance.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

CC22 periodically offers welcome bonuses, reload promotions, cashback, and other offers to registered users. Each promotion has its own specific terms, including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit amount, rollover requirement, validity period, and qualifying games.

• Bonuses are credited automatically or upon request, as described in the terms of each offer;
• The rollover requirement indicates how many times the bonus amount (or the deposit plus bonus) must be wagered before the balance can be withdrawn;
• Failing to complete the rollover within the validity period results in the bonus being cancelled with no refund;
• Each user is eligible for each promotion once only, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms;
• CC22 reserves the right to cancel bonuses if abuse or a breach of terms is suspected.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on CC22 and may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending bets, and balance freeze:

• Creating more than one account or registering with another person's details;
• Using automation software, bots, or scripts to place bets;
• Exploiting technical errors or platform bugs for personal gain;
• Placing bets on events whose outcome is already known (match fixing);
• Placing bets on both sides of the same event from different accounts (abusive arbitrage);
• Using CC22 for money laundering or any unlawful activity;
• Submitting forged or falsified documents during the identity verification process;
• Using a VPN or similar services to access the platform from blocked jurisdictions;
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward support staff or other users.

10. Account Closure

10.1 Closure by the User

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, any pending bets will be settled as normal and your available real balance (excluding any unrolled bonus balance) will be returned via Pix to the key linked to your CPF.

10.2 Closure by CC22

CC22 reserves the right to close or suspend any account without prior notice in cases of violation of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any conduct that compromises the security or integrity of the platform. In cases of closure due to confirmed fraud, balances may be frozen during the investigation.

11. Limitation of Liability

CC22 strives to keep the platform available 24 hours a day, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events outside the company's control (such as third-party infrastructure issues) may cause temporary downtime. CC22 is not liable for losses resulting from technical interruptions beyond its direct control.

The platform is provided "as is". CC22 does not guarantee that it will meet all user expectations, and accepts no liability for betting decisions made by the user based on information available on the platform, including odds, statistics, analysis, or any other informational content.

12. Privacy and LGPD

CC22 collects, stores, and processes users' personal data in compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13.709/2018). The data collected is used exclusively for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy: identity verification, transaction processing, personalizing your platform experience, fraud prevention, and compliance with legal obligations.

13. Responsible Gambling

CC22 is committed to fostering a safe and healthy betting environment. The platform provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible directly from the user's account:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit;
• Betting limits — Set a maximum stake per bet or per gaming session;
• Session time reminders — Receive notifications when you reach the playing time limit you set for yourself;
• Transaction History — Access a full report of deposits, withdrawals, and bets at any time;
• Temporary self-exclusion — Suspend account access for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 months;
• Permanent self-exclusion — Permanently close your access to the platform.

14. Changes to the Terms

CC22 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect regulatory, operational, or product changes. Continued use of the platform after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, please close your account before the effective date.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the district of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from this document, to the exclusion of any other venue, however privileged. Both the user and CC22 agree to first seek an amicable resolution through the platform's support channels before pursuing any legal action.
